Online yoga classes schedule with various exercises and diet plan by Prakhar Garg.
Yoga class details with Prakhar including personal guidance and diet chart via Zoom for ₹1000/month.
Meditation 1-month online class with Prakhar, 25 sessions for ₹1000, daily from 8:00-8:45 PM.
